Easy egg toast: the perfect idea to make a quick and tasty dinner!

So delicious and easy to make, this idea is a must-try! 
 
INGREDIENTS
8-10 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
150g mozzarella cheese
200g cream cheese
200g baked ham
Bread slices
80g melted butter
1 tsp oregano

METHOD
  1. In a pan add eggs with spices, mix it well. Add in shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, and ham.
  2. Cover with bread slices, spread with melted butter and oregano.
  3. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 25 minutes.
