A delicious runny yolk egg cooked in the center of a piece of toast is a great way to enjoy an egg in a slightly different way!

METHOD
1. Make a hole in the bread with a glass.
2. Spread the bechamel over the toast.
3. Add ham and cheese.
4. Crack an egg in each hole.
5. Bake at 180° for 20/30 minutes.
