Meatballs with potatoes and bechamel: a rich and tasty lunch for everyone!

You only need a few ingredients to make a great dish! 

INGREDIENTS
10 medium potatoes
1 chopped onion
500g minced pork
400ml bechamel sauce
150g mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

METHOD
  1. Boil potatoes until almost cooked for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix together meat with chopped onion and spices, make little balls from this.
  3. Cut potatoes into slices. Layout potato slices onto the baking pan. Then put meatballs and the rest of the potato slices on top. Pour it with a bechamel sauce.
  4. Bake at 180’C (356’F) for 35 minutes.
  5. Then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
