Meatballs with potatoes and bechamel: a rich and tasty lunch for everyone!

You only need a few ingredients to make a great dish!
INGREDIENTS

10 medium potatoes
1 chopped onion
500g minced pork
400ml bechamel sauce
150g mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
METHOD
- Boil potatoes until almost cooked for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together meat with chopped onion and spices, make little balls from this.
- Cut potatoes into slices. Layout potato slices onto the baking pan. Then put meatballs and the rest of the potato slices on top. Pour it with a bechamel sauce.
- Bake at 180’C (356’F) for 35 minutes.
- Then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
