A tasty way to cook potatoes!

INGREDIENTS

6 medium-sized potatoes

30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

1 g (1 tsp) rosemary

1 g (1 tsp) thyme

4 cloves garlic

50ml (3 tbsp) olive oil

4 slices cheese, cut into squares

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
Set a potato on a cutting board and place kitchen tools on both sides of the potato. With a sharp knife, make deep vertical cuts, but without cutting all the way through the potato.
Place potatoes with the cut side up in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp of olive oil with some salt, drizzle over the potatoes and bake for 25 minutes.
Place garlic cloves on the cutting board, add rosemary and thyme, and chop everything very well. Place this mixture into a small bowl, add 3 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Brush potatoes with this mixture, and insert cheese squares into potatoes' cuts.
Bake for another 20 minutes.
