Fried swivels: this tasty idea will be ready to serve in no time!

A fun dessert to prepare with the kids. Try this tasty recipe now!

INGREDIENTS
8 eggs (6 without white)
2 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
300g flour
50g butter
500ml oil
 
METHOD
  1. Separate 6 yolks. Insert into a bowl. Mix with two whole eggs, sugar and salt. Add 300 grams of flour and mix until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into four equal parts. Roll the dough with a rolling pin. Cut the dough into 3cm strips.
  3. Add 50 grams of butter to the heated oil.
  4. Roll the dough around the sticks and roast it in oil and butter in a circular motion.
  5. Decorate the with ice-sugar.
