Fried pastry swivels: a sweet snack ready in no-time

INGREDIENTS
120ml (1/2 cup) of milk 
1 egg 
1/2 tsp of salt  
60g (1/4 cup) of melted butter
350g (3 cups) of flour 
1/3 tsp  baking soda 
1 tsp of vinegar  
Powdered sugar 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together milk, egg, butter, and salt. Add the flour, and knead the dough. Add also soda and vinegar.
2. Roll out the dough and cut it into strips, fry in the hot oil using the fork.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
