Pastry tacos: the perfect snack ready in no time!

INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS
330 g (2 ⅝ cups) all-purpose flour;
165 ml (⅔ cup) butter, cold;
165 ml (½ cup+3 tbsp) water;
⅓ tbsp salt.
METHOD
- Shred cold butter into the flour and mix together. Add salt and water, knead the dough until it starts to come together.
- Roll the dough slightly and fold it like a book (as shown in the video). Repeat 2 more times.
- Wrap the dough into plastic and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough out, cut into strips, roll each strip into a rope and cut that rope into 3 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
- Flatten the ball with your palm, fold in half and flatten again.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes.
