Pastry tacos: the perfect snack ready in no time!

Ready to eat in minutes!
Can make ahead of time and freeze for later!

INGREDIENTS
 330 g (2 ⅝ cups) all-purpose flour;
 165 ml (⅔ cup) butter, cold;
 165 ml (½ cup+3 tbsp) water;
 ⅓ tbsp salt.
 
METHOD
  1.  Shred cold butter into the flour and mix together. Add salt and water, knead the dough until it starts to come together.
  2.  Roll the dough slightly and fold it like a book (as shown in the video). Repeat 2 more times.
  3.  Wrap the dough into plastic and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4.  Roll the dough out, cut into strips, roll each strip into a rope and cut that rope into 3 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
  5.  Flatten the ball with your palm, fold in half and flatten again.
  6.  Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes.
