Flowers cookies: they are perfect for snack time!

They are adorable and the recipe is super easy!
INGREDIENTS

Dough:
250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
Grated zest of 1 lemon
120g (0.53 cup) butter
Salt
80g (0.66 cup) icing sugar
1 egg
Cocoa dough:
200g (1.6 cup) flour (all purpose)
40g cocoa
120g (0.53 cup) butter
Salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g (0.66 cup) caster sugar
1 egg
METHOD
- Mix flour with butter, add lemon zest, salt, powdered sugar and an egg. Knead the dough.
- Mix flour with cocoa and butter. Add salt, vanilla extract, powdered sugar and egg.
- Knead the dough. Let chill two doughs for 30 minutes.
- Roll out small balls and shape the cookies into a flower.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
