Fried flowers: for a quick and easy snack!

INGREDIENTS
600g (4 3/4 cups) flour
300ml (1 1/4 cups) milk
15g (1 tbsp) melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
7g dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar, butter, and yeast, add in flour.
  2. Divide the dough into bigger and smaller parts. Add cocoa powder to the smaller.
  3. Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.
  4. Make a little balls from whites and dark dough, fold flowers and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
