Fried flowers: for a quick and easy snack!

INGREDIENTS
600g (4 3/4 cups) flour
300ml (1 1/4 cups) milk
15g (1 tbsp) melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
7g dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Powdered sugar

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar, butter, and yeast, add in flour.
- Divide the dough into bigger and smaller parts. Add cocoa powder to the smaller.
- Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.
- Make a little balls from whites and dark dough, fold flowers and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
