Fried flowers: your guests will love them!

This method is genius!
INGREDIENTS
300g (2 3/8 cups) flour
1/3 tsp salt
40ml (3 tbsp) oil
baking powder 10g
2 eggs
2 tbsp cocoa
hazelnut cream
powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together flour with salt, oil, baking powder and eggs.
- Divide the dough into 2 portions and add cocoa powder to the second. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into little pieces then roll out them.
- Cut it into the 4 triangles and put 7-8 triangles one on top of the other along.
- Roll them and cut them into 2 pieces making flowers fasten them with toothpicks.
- Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve with hazelnut cream and powdered sugar.
