Egg fries squares: a quick recipe everyone will love!

Make a square with french fries and pour 1 egg in it. The result is amazing!

INGREDIENTS

3-4 potatoes, peeled;

4 eggs;

Salt, pepper, chili flakes;

Vegetable oil for frying.

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Preheat vegetable oil over medium heat.
Cut potatoes into fries, pat them dry using paper towels and fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden.
Layer them on paper towels and then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet forming a square out of 12 fries (3 per side).
Crack the egg into the middle of each potato squire. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve right away.
