Fried milk: the incredible dessert that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
1l of milk
100g of starch
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar 
Lemon zest
2 large eggs
100g (1/2 cup) flour 
60g (1 cup) breadcrumbs 
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a pan add milk, lemon zest, starch, and sugar, and cook until thick.
  2. Transfer to the baking pan and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Cut into cubes and dip into the flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in the hot oil for 4-5 minutes.
