Strawberry clafoutis: a creamy dessert that everyone will love!

Surprise your guests with a special dessert!

INGREDIENTS
350g (2 1/3 cups) Strawberries
250ml (1 cup) Milk
100g (½ cup) Sugar
3 Eggs
5g (1 tbsp) Lemon peel
120g (1 cup) Cake flour
 
For decoration:
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl put the eggs and sugar. Mix it and add lemon peel and flour. Mix and then add milk. Mix it all well.
  2. Cut the strawberries on half and put in the springform pan.
  3. Pour the mixture on strawberries and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
