Strawberry clafoutis: a creamy dessert that everyone will love!

Surprise your guests with a special dessert!
INGREDIENTS

350g (2 1/3 cups) Strawberries
250ml (1 cup) Milk
100g (½ cup) Sugar
3 Eggs
5g (1 tbsp) Lemon peel
120g (1 cup) Cake flour
For decoration:
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl put the eggs and sugar. Mix it and add lemon peel and flour. Mix and then add milk. Mix it all well.
- Cut the strawberries on half and put in the springform pan.
- Pour the mixture on strawberries and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
