Cheesecake in a glass: for a quick and creamy dessert!

A quick and beautiful dessert that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
 120g (1 cup) cookie crumbs;
 60g (¼ cup) butter, melted;
 250g (2 cups) cream cheese, room temperature;
 180ml (⅔ cup) full-fat cream;
 130g (⅔ cup) sugar;
 1 tsp vanilla extract;
 Strawberry jam;
 Sliced strawberries;
 Mint leaves.
 
METHOD
  1.  Combine melted butter with cookie crumbs and press them into the bottom of 3 glasses.
  2.  Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3.  Pour in the cream into the cream cheese and whip until thick and creamy.
  4.  Place sliced strawberries on the sides of the glass as shown in the video.
  5.  Fill each cup with cream, top with strawberry jam and decorate using more fresh strawberries and some mint.
