Eggnog cup: a creamy and quick to prepare dessert!

So creamy and delicious, it's the perfect dessert for any occasion!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 egg yolks;
45g (3 tbsp) sugar;
100g (½ cup) strawberries;
15g (1 tbsp) sugar;
60ml (¼ cup) marsala wine.
METHOD
- Cut up strawberries and mix with 1 tbsp of sugar. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Whisk eggs with marsala wine and 45 g of sugar. Place a bowl of egg yolks over the double boiler and whisk for 6-7 minutes or until pale and fluffy.
- Divide strawberries between two glasses and top with warm cream. Use a blow torch to brown the surface of the cream.
