Strawberry cream cups: a no-bake dessert to try right now!

So fresh and creamy, this dessert is a delicacy!

INGREDIENTS
1l / 35.27oz milk
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
100ml / 3.52oz cream
10g vanilla sugar
150g biscuit cookies
Strawberries
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients and brew the cream.
  2. Grind cookies in a blender.
  3. Pour crumbs from cookies to the bottom of the glass. Put chopped strawberries in a glass.
  4. Pour the cooked cream. Sprinkle crumbs of cookies on top of the cream.
  5. Garnish with strawberries.
