Lemon squares: the light dessert to try right now!

If you love lemons, this dessert is perfect for you!
INGREDIENTS

For the dough:
2 egg yolks
70g (7 tbsp) sugar
3g (1 tsp) baking powder
80g (4 tbsp) melted butter
lemon zest
200g (1 ½ cup) flour
For the cream:
2 egg whites
70g (7 tbsp) sugar
30g (3 tbsp) corn starch
400g (2 cups) greek yogurt
drops of lemon
Sugar Powder
Lemon slices
METHOD
- Separate the eggs. Add egg yolks, sugar, salt and baking powder to the mixing bowl. Whisk well. Add grated lemon and melted butter. Whisk well and add flour.
- Knead the dough and divide it in half. Put one half in the fridge and the other in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg whites, sugar, starch, lemon drops and yogurt.
- Spread half of the dough from the fridge on the bottom of the mold. Pour over the cream. Grate the other half of the dough on top.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for about 10 minutes and 40 minutes on 280°F/140°C. Cut into cubes and garnish with powdered sugar and lemon slices. Serve.
