Chocolate cheesecake: rich and creamy, this is you dream dessert!

INGREDIENTS
The base:
  • 250g cookies
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
 
  For filling:
  • 680g cream cheese
  • 180ml / 6oz cream
  • 150g / 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups hazelnut cream
  • 4 eggs whipped
 
  For glaze:
  • 1 cup hazelnut cream
  • 120ml / 4oz cream
 
METHOD
  1. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Put in the form. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese, cream and sugar with a mixer until smooth. Add vanilla and salt, whisk until smooth. Add the hazelnut cream and whisk. Add eggs, mix.
  3. Pour the batter onto the cheesecake base. Place the cheesecake in a water bath.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  5. Make icing: Bring the cream to a low boil over medium heat. Pour warm cream on the hazelnut cream and mix. Pour the icing over the cheesecake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
