Chocolate chips and milk pinwheels: everyone will love them!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
150 ml Milk
100 gr melted Butter
80 gr Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
2 tbsp dry yeast
Add flour carefully 550-600 gr
For Pudding:,
500 ml Milk
30 gr Starch
100 gr Sugar
100 gr Chocolate chips
50g Powdered sugar and 3 tbsp Water
METHOD
- Prepare smooth and fine dough. Combine milk, butter, powdered sugar, egg, dry yeast, then carefully add flour. Cover the dough with transparencies and leave it for half an hour.
- Drizzle the work surface, roll out the dough and coat it with melted butter. When folded, as in the video, cover the gas with foil and leave it for an additional half-hour. During this time, prepare milk, density and sugar pudding.
- Roll out the dough, coat with gas and pudding and sprinkle with chocolate crumbs, then cut 2 cm thick strips. Roll the straps and bend it in a circle.
- When finished, leave the rolls to stand for half an hour, then bake them at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- When the pinwheels are baked, coat them with icing sugar and water.
