Fried ham squares: the perfect appetizer to surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS
8 slices of ham
8 slices Edam cheese
8 slices of soft cheese
2 eggs
200g (1.6 cup) flour 00
200g (2 cups) breadcrumbs
Baking oil
 
METHOD
  1. Arrange the ham and cheese, a slice of ham, one or two slices of cheese, and then again a slice of ham. Shape into a cube and divide it into 4 parts.
  2. Roll in flour, egg, then in breadcrumbs, fry in hot oil.
