Baked potato squares: they are addictive!

Easy, delicious, the result is mouth-watering! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 6 potatoes
• 3 carrots
• 2 onions
• ½ bunch green onions
• 5 eggs
• 12 slices ham
• 200g cream cheese
• 6 slices cheese
• 150g mozzarella
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp dried rosemary
 
METHOD
  1. Grate potatoes, carrots. Chop onion, green onion. Add eggs, salt, pepper and add dried rosemary. Mix.
  2. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper and flatten.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
  4. Cut the finished cake into 12 squares. Grease each square with cream cheese. Put 6 slices of ham and cover with a second slice of greased cake. Put 6 slices of cheese and ham on top.
  5. Spread squares on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each square with cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
