Fried bread squares: they are addictive!

A real delicacy with just a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
400ml Kefir 3/2%- room temperature
1 tsp Salt
2 pcs Egg
70g Melted butter
A little green dill and parsley
600-650g Flour
10g Baking powder
 
METHOD
  1. Mix kefir, salt and eggs and gradually, add the flour mixed with baking powder, then add the butter, greens and the rest of the flour. Leave the dough covered with foil to come over.
  2. Cover the work surface, roll out the dough to 1 cm thick and cut cubes, 5 x 5 cm. Heat oil and bake bread squares.
