Bread squares: cheesy and easy to make!

You can’t go wrong. Guaranteed to be the most popular thing at any gathering you take it to!

INGREDIENTS

• 500g/ 3 cups flour

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 1\2 tsp salt

• 1\2 cup oil

• 1 cup water

• 10g dry yeast

• 10 slices mozzarella

• 300g chicken stuffing

• 1 tomato

• 100g olives

• chives

METHOD

Knead the dough. Let rise.
Roll out the dough. In the middle put mozzarella, chicken stuffing, tomato, olives, green onions.
Roll up and cut into squares. Let rise.
Grease with an egg. Garnish with tomato slice and parsley.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
