Cheesy bread: the ideal side dish for a delighful dinner!

Here's the perfect alternative to the usual bread!
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/4 cup) bread flour
1 egg
20g (2 tbsp) sugar
4g dry yeast (1 tsp)
4g (1 tsp) salt
80ml (1/3 cup) warm milk
30 g butter
13 g butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
Chopped chives to taste
1 egg
140g Mozzarella cheese shredded
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together egg, sugar and yeast. Add in flour, salt and warm milk. Mix in the butter (room temperature). Let the dough rest for about 40 minutes.
- In another bowl mix together butter, egg, chives and garlic.
- Make the cuts on the dough and spread the prepared sauce onto it. Put some cheese into the cuts.
- Bake at 170°C/340°F for about 20 minutes.
