Cheesy bread: the ideal side dish for a delighful dinner!

Here's the perfect alternative to the usual bread!

INGREDIENTS

200g (1 1/4 cup) bread flour

1 egg

20g (2 tbsp) sugar

4g dry yeast (1 tsp)

4g (1 tsp) salt

80ml (1/3 cup) warm milk

30 g butter

13 g butter

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp mayonnaise

1 tsp sugar

Chopped chives to taste

1 egg

140g Mozzarella cheese shredded

METHOD

In a bowl mix together egg, sugar and yeast. Add in flour, salt and warm milk. Mix in the butter (room temperature). Let the dough rest for about 40 minutes.
In another bowl mix together butter, egg, chives and garlic.
Make the cuts on the dough and spread the prepared sauce onto it. Put some cheese into the cuts.
Bake at 170°C/340°F for about 20 minutes.
