Banana brioche: the ideal for a delightful dinner!

We found the best way to fry a banana!

INGREDIENTS

250ml (1 cup) kefir

1 egg

2g (½ tsp) salt

10g (1 tbsp) sugar

10g (2 tsp) baking powder
30g (2 tbsp) butter

380g (3 cups) flour

4 bananas

Sugar + cinnamon

METHOD

Pour kefir, egg, salt, sugar, baking powder, butter and flour into a bowl. Knead the dough.
Leave to rise for 60 minutes.
Wrap bananas in batter and cut into slices.
Fry in hot oil. Dip in sugar and cinnamon. Serve.
