Pizza and chicken swivels: ideal for a quick dinner!

They are just irresistible!

INGREDIENTS

Dough:
150ml (2/3 cup) Kefir
1 Egg
375g (2 1/2 cups) Flour
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
2g (1/2 tsp) Baking soda
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar

Filling:
400g Minced chicken breast
1 Onion
4g (1 tsp) Salt
10g (1 tbsp) Cayenne pepper

METHOD

For the dough: In a bowl add egg, kefir, sugar and salt. Mix it and add flour and baking soda. Knead the dough and add oil. Leave it for 15 minutes.
For the filling: In a bowl with minced chicken add grated onion, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix it well.
Spread the dough, add the filling and roll it. Cut into many pieces and then fry them. Serve.
