Pizza Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp olive oil
4 chicken breasts
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 jar pizza sauce
6 oz fresh mozzarella
2 oz pepperoni
salt
 
METHOD
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Season chicken with oregano, salt and garlic powder. Cook chicken for 1 to 2 minutes, until browned.
Place chicken in baking dish. Add some pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400F/200C
