Chicken pizza: no ones ever thought of making it like this before!

Make a huge chicken cutlet and top it like you would a pizza. Too good to resist!
INGREDIENTS
500g ground chicken
salt
paprika
nutmeg
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
pepper

breadcrumbs

provola cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the ground chicken with the seasonings, Parmesan cheese, and a bit of olive oil.
2. Flatten it out in a 22cm cake pan, and then freeze it for one hour.
3. Cover in flour first, then dip it in the egg and finally cover it in the breadcrumbs.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minute. Cover with tomato puree, provola cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
5. Put it back in the oven and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
