INGREDIENTS

500g (4 cups) flour (OO)
250ml (1.02 cup) milk
50ml (0.23 cup) olive oil
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast
5g (1 tsp) sugar
6g (1 tsp) salt
200ml (0.9 cup) Tomato puree (seasoned with salt, pepper, oil and oregano)
200g (1.4 cup) Edamer pizza cheese
200g (1.4 cup) Cooked Ham
200g (1.4 cup) Salami
METHOD
- Combine flour, sugar, yeast, then gradually add milk and knead, add salt. When you have kneaded the dough, add the olive oil and mix the dough again. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place until the dough has doubled.
- When the dough has arrived, divide it into 8 parts, knead into balls and then develop into a circle.
- Coat the dough with the seasoned tomato puree, arrange the ham, salami and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then add the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
