How to make the FLUFFIEST cake ever!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
190g (1 cup) of sugar
190g (3/4 cup) of butter (melted)
260g (2 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
60g (1/2 cup) of almond flour
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a bowl and start mixing with the electric mixer. Add the melted butter, and almond flour, sift the flour and baking powder, and mix with the spatula to combine.
2. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (20cm - mold size) and level it up with a spatula.
3. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
4. Serve the cake on a serving plate after baking and decorate with powdered sugar.
