Coconut and avocado truffles: a low-calorie treat that has lots of flavor!

Have you ever thought of using avocados to prepare a tasty and fun dessert?
INGREDIENTS
avocado
50g shredded coconut
3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Mash one avocado and mix it with the shredded coconut, cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour.
3. Roll the mixture into balls.
4. Cover some truffles in cocoa powder and some in coconut.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
