No-bake coconut truffles: ready with jut 3 ingredients!

You only need 3 ingredients to make a delicious treat in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
350g (3.5 cups) grated coconut
190ml (0.62 cup) sweetened condensed milk
200g (2 cups) chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Mix coconut with sweetened condensed milk, if necessary add more coconut or condensed milk afterward to get a consistency in which it is easy to form balls
  2. Form balls and set them aside
  3. Melt the chocolate on a steamer by placing the chocolate in a heat-resistant container and placing the container on a pot containing water near the boiling point, and the water should not touch the glass container, turn on a very low heat and stir the chocolate until dissolved.
  4. Dip all the balls in chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment to dry.
  5. Garnish with chocolate stripes and coconut flakes.
