Ground beef croissants: no one ever thought of making them like this!

Did you ever think of making them like this? It’s too delicious not to try!
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
300g seasoned ground beef
cheese
1 sheet of puff pastry

DIRECTIONS
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Place it on a sheet of puff pastry.
2. Cover with some thinly sliced cheese and cut it into 8 triangles.
3. Roll up each triangle to make a croissant.
4. Brush the top with some beaten egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
