Lemon chicken: a quick dinner idea!

Squeeze the lemon over the chicken to make it tender and delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
olive oil
chicken breast
lemon zest
flour
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Cover the chicken breast in flour.
2. Cook in a pan with some oil and garlic.
3. When it’s nice and golden, add the juice of a lemon.
4. Continue cooking on low heat. Garnish with lemon zest.
5. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
