Orange chicken roll: the best idea for a quick and delicious dinner!

This is a delicious recipe which is very easy to prepare!
INGREDIENTS

3 large chicken breasts;
1 orange;
1 tbsp paprika;
2 tbsp honey;
6 slices cheese;
9 slices ham,
bacon.
METHOD
- Slice an orange in half and carefully remove the pulp. Squeeze as much juice from the pulp as you can, pour it into a saucepan, add honey, paprika and a generous pinch of salt.
- Boil orange juice over the medium heat for around 10 minutes or until it thickens.
- Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise 2/3 way through, cover with plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to flatten it out as much as possible.
- Place all 3 pieces of chicken on a plastic-covered cutting board, brush orange glaze on top, add salt and pepper and then top with ham and cheese slices.
- Place a wooden spoon across the meat and carefully, helping yourself with a plastic wrap, wrap chicken roll around the spoon handle.
- Secure with empty orange zest “cups” from both sides and wrap in bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the ends of wooden spoon on top of ramekins or any other heat-proof object to rise chicken roll from the baking sheet a little and help it hold his shape.
- Bake at 190C/375F for 45-50 minutes. Brush with glaze near the end of cooking.
