Orange chicken: how to make it creamy and delicious!

Chicken and oranges to make an incredible dish in no time!

INGREDIENTS
500g chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp orange juice
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
230ml (1 cup) orange juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp parsley

METHOD
  1. Mix chopped chicken with spices, garlic, lime juice and orange juice.
  2. Fry chopped onion on medium heat until soft.
  3. Fry the chicken in the same pan, until golden brown.
  4. Into the clean pan add butter and flour, pour in orange juice, add onion, parsley and chicken.
  5. Cook until the sauce thickens.
