Chicken escalope with olives: how to make them creamy and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
Flour
600g of chicken breast
30g of butter
Extra virgin olive oil
120ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable broth
Salt
Pepper
Dry oregano
Kalamata olives
Green olives
Capers
Parsley

METHOD
1. Pour the flour on a plate and pass the chicken breast slices to cover both sides.
2. In a pan add the butter and olive oil and transfer the chicken breast slices. Brown them on both sides.
3. Add the vegetable broth. Season with salt, pepper, and dry oregano and add the kalamata olives, green olives, capers, and parsley. Cook until creamy.
4. Serve them all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
