Creamy orange cake: soft and fragrant!

How to make a delicious orange creamy cake without flour!

INGREDIENTS
500g (2 cup) ricotta cheese
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
1 egg
orange zest
2 oranges
50g (¼ cup) corn starch

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, sugar and egg. Add orange zest and two mixed oranges. Mix. Add the starch and whisk.
  2. Pour into a baking tin sprinkled with cornflour.
  3. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 60 minutes. Cool.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
