Orange cake with coconut: the fragrant and very soft dessert!

Orange + coconut? Here's the perfect cake
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
Salt
150g (1 cup) sugar
120ml (½ cup) oil
100ml (2/5 cup) orange juice
Orange zest
300g (2 1/2 cups) flour
16g (3 tsp) baking powder
Apricot jam
Coconut

METHOD
- Pour eggs, a little salt, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Mix.
- Add juice and oil. Sift the flour into the mixture. Mix.
- Add orange peel and baking powder. Mix.
- Pour into a baking tin. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes.
- Coat the cake with apricot jam and sprinkle with coconut. Serve.
