Lemon chicken roll: the result is amazing!

This a quick and delicious idea to try!
INGREDIENTS
• 3 large chicken fillets
• 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp honey
• 6 slices cheese
• 8 slices of ham
•bacon
INGREDIENTS
• 3 large chicken fillets
• 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp honey
• 6 slices cheese
• 8 slices of ham

• salt
• pepper
• pepper
METHOD
- Cut the lemon in a half. Squeeze as much juice from the pulp as possible, pour it into a pan, add honey, paprika and a generous pinch of salt.
- Boil lemon juice over medium heat for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
- Cut each chicken fillet in a half along 2/3, cover with plastic wrap and beat off.
- Place the chicken on the board, grease with glaze on top, add salt and pepper, put slices of ham and cheese on top.
- Put a wooden spoon on the meat and wrap the chicken roll around the handle of the spoon.
- Secure on both sides with empty lemon zest and wrap in bacon. Secure with toothpicks. The wooden spoon is removed before baking the roll
- Bake at 190C / 375F for 45-50 minutes.
