INGREDIENTS

6 chicken drumsticks

400 gr of potatoes

1 onion

250 gr mushrooms

Oil

Pepper

Chicken soup ready

For the sauce

Garlic

Parsley

Spicy pepper

Mashed tomatoes

75 ml brandy

METHOD

Oil the drumsticks and place them in a saucepan. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the oven for 20 minutes, after this time, turn the oven and oven for another 20 minutes. Then pour the soup with the prepared, strained chicken, clear soup. Add the potatoes, onions and mushrooms that you have previously cleaned and seasoned and bake for another 30 minutes.
