Easy baked chicken drumsticks with mushroom and potatoes: the result is juicy and tender!

Pour the soup over the chicken drumsticks and the result will be amazing! 
 
INGREDIENTS
6 chicken drumsticks
400 gr of potatoes
1 onion
250 gr mushrooms
Oil
 
Pepper
Chicken soup ready
For the sauce
Garlic
Parsley
Spicy pepper
Mashed tomatoes
75 ml brandy
 
METHOD
  1. Oil the drumsticks and place them in a saucepan. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the oven for 20 minutes, after this time, turn the oven and oven for another 20 minutes. Then pour the soup with the prepared, strained chicken, clear soup. Add the potatoes, onions and mushrooms that you have previously cleaned and seasoned and bake for another 30 minutes.
  2. During this time, prepare the sauce, blend the garlic, parsley, spicy pepper, then add the tomato puree, brandy and combine all together. Coat bataks with sauce and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
