Chicken in a jar: the method for a tender and juicy meat!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 chicken
• garlic
• salt
• pepper
•bay leaf
• spices (optional)
• 2 onions
• 1 bell pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Chickens sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices. Chop garlic, onion, pepper. Put chicken and vegetables in a jar.
  2. Put a jar with chicken in a cold oven. Bake for 1.5 hours at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
