Creamy chicken masala: the secret to a tender and juicy meat!

A great recipe for a tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 1 kg chicken breast
• 400g canned whole tomatoes
• 200ml fresh cream
• 8 tbsp Yogurt
• 6 tsp tikka masala spices
• 1 onion, minced
• salt
METHOD
- Mix chicken breast with yogurt and spice. Fry in the preheated pan and chop
- In a pan, cook the onion with the butter, then add the spice, tomatoes and cream. Cook for about 5 minutes, then combine with blender and mix with fried chicken.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve
