Beer Can Chicken: an inusual method of cooking to have a chicken tender and juicy!

This easy beer can chicken on the grill guarantees moist meat that falls off the bone and crispy, ultra flavorful skin.

INGREDIENTS
• Whole chicken
• 1 can of beer (high can)
• Butter
• Salt pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Remove meat twine and stomachs, if applicable.
  2. Grease chicken generously with butter.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove 2/3 of the beer from the can.
  5. Put the jar on a baking sheet and put on the chicken.
  6. Cook in the oven at 350°F/180°F for 1 hour.
