The best method to make a delicious and juicy chicken!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
For 2 cans of 1.5 liters each:
• 250g / 1.4 cups rice
• 300 ml / 10.58oz water (for rice)
• 1 tsp salt (for rice)
• 350g pork meat
• 4 chicken legs
• 1 carrot
• 1 bell pepper
Marinade:
• 1 onion
• salt
• pepper
• 2 tsp paprika
• 0.5 tsp basil
• 2 tbsp oil
METHOD
- Boil rice until half cooked. Fry carrots in sunflower oil and add rice.
- Sprinkle meat and chicken legs with salt, pepper, paprika, basil and grated onions. Mix. Pour oil.
- At the bottom of the can, put rice and meat on a skewer with bell pepper. Put rice and chicken leg on the skewer at the bottom of another can. Cans put in a cold oven.
- Bake in the oven for 70 minutes at 180 °C / 350 °F.
