Banana fritters: quick, easy and delicious!

Cut 5 bananas in this way to make the best treat ever!
INGREDIENTS

5 bananas;
2 sheet puff pastry;
Vegetable oil for frying;
Powdered sugar for serving.
METHOD
- Use bananas that are slightly underripe. Peel them.
- Roll out a sheet of a thawed puff pastry and cut it into strips around 4 cm wide.
- Wrap each strip around each banana, making sure to cover them
- completely. Pinch the ends of the pastry tightly.
- Slice bananas in pastry into round around 2 cm thick.
- Preheat vegetable oil to 180C/350F and fry banana pieces for 3-4 minutes. Serve right away, topped with powdered sugar.
