Banana fritters: quick, easy and delicious!

Cut 5 bananas in this way to make the best treat ever!

INGREDIENTS
 5 bananas;
 2 sheet puff pastry;
 Vegetable oil for frying;
 Powdered sugar for serving.
 
METHOD
  1.  Use bananas that are slightly underripe. Peel them.
  2.  Roll out a sheet of a thawed puff pastry and cut it into strips around 4 cm wide.
  3.  Wrap each strip around each banana, making sure to cover them
  4. completely. Pinch the ends of the pastry tightly.
  5.  Slice bananas in pastry into round around 2 cm thick.
  6.  Preheat vegetable oil to 180C/350F and fry banana pieces for 3-4 minutes. Serve right away, topped with powdered sugar.
