Orange fritters: easy, quick and delicious!

They are so easy to male, you'll fall in love with them!

INGREDIENTS

250g (2 cups) flour 00

2 medium eggs

90g (0.5 cups) granulated sugar

250g (1.1 cup) mascarpone

50-60ml (0.25 cup) of fresh orange juice

8g (1 1/2 tsp) baking powder

peeled grated orange

METHOD

Combine the eggs with the sugar and whisk until you get a fine frothy mass. Add the orange peel and mascarpone, then continue to stir. Then add the orange juice, flour, baking powder and whisk the fine mixture.
Heat the oil and with the help of two spoons make round fritters and bake.
