Banana fritters: the quick and delicious morsels!

You won't be able to stop at one! If you love banana treats, this recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS

80g (⅝ cup) all-purpose flour;
8g (1 tsp) baking powder;
20g (1 tbsp) sugar;
150ml (10 tbsp) milk;
3 bananas.

METHOD

Peel and cut bananas into pieces.
Whisk flour with baking powder and sugar, pour in milk, mix to combine.
Pour smooth batter into a glass.
Pierce banana pieces with a fork and dip into the batter.
Cook bananas in preheated vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
