Choux pastry fritters with cream: the best delicious morsels ever!

They will be gone in seconds!
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup warm water;
165g (5.8 oz) flour;
65g (2.3 oz) butter;
4 eggs;
½ tsp salt;
1 cup pastry cream, cherries for serving.
METHOD
- Boil water with salt and add the butter in. Leave the mixture until it gets to the boiling point again, then add flour and stir it in quickly.
- Place the dough into a bowl and start adding eggs one at a time, while working the dough with a hand mixer.
- Pipe fritters on squires or parchment paper and then fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes, or until puffy and golden.
- Serve topped with pastry cream and cherries.
