Choux pastry fritters with cream: the best delicious morsels ever!

INGREDIENTS
 2/3 cup warm water;
 165g (5.8 oz) flour;
 65g (2.3 oz) butter;
 4 eggs;
 ½ tsp salt;
 1 cup pastry cream, cherries for serving.
 
METHOD
  1.  Boil water with salt and add the butter in. Leave the mixture until it gets to the boiling point again, then add flour and stir it in quickly.
  2.  Place the dough into a bowl and start adding eggs one at a time, while working the dough with a hand mixer.
  3.  Pipe fritters on squires or parchment paper and then fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes, or until puffy and golden.
  4.  Serve topped with pastry cream and cherries.
