Tuna and potato fritters: the most delicious patties ever!

Just tuna, potatoes and 1 egg. You won't be able to stop at one! 

INGREDIENTS
 300 g (10 oz) potatoes;
 180 g (6 oz) canned tuna, drained;
 Salt to taste;
 1 egg;
 ½ onion.
 
METHOD
  1.  Chop and saute onions until slightly golden over medium heat using some olive oil.
  2.  Boil potatoes in the skin, leave to cool down, peel and mash with canned tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add onions and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3.  Combine potato mixture with one egg.
  4.  Preheat oil over medium heat to 180C/350F. Place tablespoonfuls of potato mixture into the batter and cook fritters until deep golden and very crispy (around 3-4 minutes).
  5.  Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
